Delivery within UK
We dispatch to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland & Isle of Man). All orders will be dispatched same day or the next working day, depending on time at which order is placed. Please allow 3 working days for delivery. If we expect an item to take longer than 3 working days to reach you, we will do our best to make contact and advice.
International Delivery
We dispatch to international addresses. All orders will be dispatched same day or the next working day, depending on time at which order is placed. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery. All orders are tracked and signed for through our shipping agents.
Returns and exchanges are accepted providing that we have been informed by email within 30 days of purchase and that the item is returned in its original unused condition at the specific address that we will be provided.
Please note, it is buyer’s responsibility to return the item at their cost. Unless the item has been supplied incorrectly.
*We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us and we will not refund or exchange returned items that become lost. The buyer is therefore advised to send returns via recorded delivery or any other manner that ensures the parcel is guaranteed to arrive, tracked or covered for the full cost of the item(s).
